2 stroke performance exhaust systems
Jolly Moto are a
small Italian firm that have been building two-stroke exhausts for over 25 years. Every
piece is handmade to the highest standards, then proved and tested in-house by them before being shipped.
Two-stroke systems come with the option
of round aluminium or carbon fibre end cans with metal loop brackets. Expansion
chambers on the two-stroke systems are made of 0.8mm mild steel, hand welded and covered with silicon paint to provide a long lasting finish.
Average power
increase is around 8bhp for most 250's. A sample dyno chart for an Aprilia RS250 is available HERE.
In the last two years they have added
four strokes to their catalogue, and now produce race and road specification
carbon fibre slip-ons to cover most of the popular models made by Honda, Kawasaki,
Suzuki, Yamaha and Ducati.
Due to all systems being hand built to
order delivery times are approximately 4 weeks, but will be individually
confirmed on placement of an order
